Delivery
Instructions:
This is an oversize item. It is shipped
through a freight company and will arrive at your address about 5 to 10
business days after leaving the manufacturers warehouse. The freight
company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time.
We do not suggest leaving a note for the freight company. You should be
present to accept the delivery otherwise you will be responsible for the
filing of any claims of damage. The item will be delivered from the rear
of the truck at your address. You will be required to accept the
merchandise from that point. The freight company will not take it inside.
We recommend that you have help arranged in advance if required to move
the product from the truck to its final location. Before you sign for the
delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential
damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for the
packaging to show some wear. However, if there is visible content damage,
refuse delivery of the order and contact a Customer Service associate.
Please have your order number available when you call. If you accept the
package without noting damage and find damage later, you will be
responsible for filing any claim. Please note: Oversize items cannot be
shipped to an APO/FPO addresses.
