Congratulations! You have purchased the highest quality
spa cover / hot tub cover in the industry and we want to help you keep it in good condition and looking beautiful for years to come. These are a few simple maintenance steps which should be followed to insure proper care of your cover. Use water based/bio-degradable cleaners only.
To clean and condition the vinyl cover:
1. Remove the cover from the spa/hot tub and gently lean it against a wall or fence. Be
sure to watch out for sharp and protruding objects.
2. With a garden hose, use a light spray to rinse away and loosen dirt or debris.
3. Using a sponge or soft bristle brush and a very mild soap solution, scrub the vinyl in
a circular motion. Use care not to let the vinyl dry (with soap film on it) before it can
be rinsed.
IMPORTANT: Do not clean the cover while on the spa/hot tub. The soap may enter the water and upset the chemical balance, damage, and/or stain the cabinet or deck.
4. Now scrub the perimeter and side flaps of the cover and then rinse clean.
5. Rinse off the bottom of the cover (use no soap) and wipe dry with clean rag.
6. To condition vinyl cover on the container. These are available at most stores or you
may purchase one through Spa Cover World.
