Sale Policies & Procedures


Accuracy is essential when ordering your new spa cover. We will help you with each step, however, it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with the correct dimensions. We will review your order and ask for a confirmation, as all covers are made-to-order with all SALES being FINAL. Once you have confirmed your order, it will be put into production and no changes can be made. * 

*Should you find an error with your order after you have confirmed it, please call a customer service agent immediately so that they can review the options with you, if any. Please be advised that changes could result in additional charges.

Because this is a custom made product, payment is required before the product can be placed into production. Once confirmed, your order cannot be cancelled. (Credit Card and PayPal payments will be processed immediately. Payments made by personal check, cashier’s check or money order must clear our account before production can begin.)

Any discrepancy with your order must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Any damage must be noted at the time of delivery, or it will be the customer’s responsibility to file the claim. (Please see delivery instructions for more details). Any errors in production or any damage that has been noted will be processed immediately and will reship to you at no charge. Defective covers not reported within 48 hours or concealed damage claims will be handled and reviewed on a case by case basis and are ultimately the responsibility of the customer. 

Your cover will be shipping o you within 10 to 12 business days after your confirmation has been received. It will be delivering to you via a common carrier freight company as it is too large to ship with UPS, USPS or other parcel carriers. Deliveries generally take 5-10 business days depending on your location. Please allow extra time if you are located in a rural or remote area. If you are located in an area or on a street with truck restrictions, it is your responsibility to be aware of those restrictions and to inform us. Any charges or fees that occur as a result of such restrictions will be your responsibility. (Please see delivery instructions for more details). 

Please be sure to provide us with accurate information. An accurate E-Mail address and daytime phone number, will only aide in helping us complete the delivery quickly. Should any of your contact or shipping information change after your order has been confirmed, please contact us immediately.
