Cover Construction
When shopping for spa/hot
tub covers, it is important to know how your cover is made.
All of our
spa covers and hot tub covers are custom made to your exact size and specifications.
Once you decide on which density best suits your needs as a spa owner, the foam is cut to the length and width as supplied to us on your order form.
The next step in the making of your spa /hot tub cover is to cut the 29 oz marine grade vinyl.
The foam is fitted with 20 gauge, galvanized channeling that is counter-sunk for structural integrity. It is then wrapped in 4-mil plastic that is heat-sealed, not taped like some manufacturing processes. We even offer the option to double wrap your inserts as an upgrade if water absorption is truly a concern.
The vinyl is sewn with 16 oz, AnefilyPoly Thread, also made with UV and mildew inhibitors. The tie downs, handles and split skirt
of your spa cover are all sewn with matching vinyl. Upon completion, the vinyl will be stuffed with foam.
The spa/hot tub cover is then sent to Quality Control. Once passed, it is then boxed and prepared for shipping to your door, ready to be opened and placed on your spa or hot tub.

Our walk-on spa covers are different from our regular spa covers and have much to offer! Constructed in two separate pieces, a Velcro strap is attached to one piece while the other has Velcro hook strips to fasten both pieces together. Our walk-on spa/hot
tub cover has a weight limit of 300lbs! This is great for spa owners with children or pets. The walk-on
cover is protected with a 4-mil plastic covering and is heat-sealed to form a moisture barrier. All walk-on covers are also reinforced with an aluminum panel.
